The Balmoral Hotel

It’s a hotel residence of the “Société des bains de mer” which will replace in 2011 the old Balmoral hotel, built during the « Belle époque ». The operation focuses on eight luxury residences, most of them duplexes with a view of Monaco’s harbor through large bay windows. For this project, our team of architects has tried to establish a dialectic between the facades that have been treated in traditional fashion and the resolutely contemporary apartments. A subtle dialogue between columns and arcades harmonizes the facade, which is integrated in the eclectic architecture of the Principality.
